Kiran Jot means Ray Of Light and it is the spiritual name given to Kirsten Sikiotis by her yoga teacher Guru Dass upon completing her Kundalini Yoga Teacher training in Bali, Indonesia, 2015. Kundalini Yoga was the awakening practice and the beginning of a long love story connecting with the self and coming home to the heart of the soul for Kiran Jot. It begun with a journey of self enquiry and discovery in Bali, the Island of the Gods, supported by the community there of expats, artists locals and soul family, and her husband. A continuing and smooth transition from the fashion world, with her "first love baby" a swimwear and resort lifestyle brand Maidenlove into now a name sake Kundalini Yoga and lifestyle brand for the conscious awakened fashion lover, where quality, longevity, small runs and unique design are at the forefront of the inspiration and curation of Kiran Jot Yoga, as a collection and a carefully curated website of divine products that she loves, uses in her daily practice and uplift humanity. After 8 years living in Bali, Kiran Jot moved back to her home town Melbourne where she lives with her two sons and husband, and now teaches Kundalini Yoga and Prenatal Yoga and holds retreats across her home state of Victoria.
