- Kiran Jot means Ray Of Light and it is the spiritual name given to Kirsten Sikiotis by her yoga teacher Guru Dass upon completing her Kundalini Yoga Teacher training in Bali, The Island of the Gods, in 2015. Kundalini Yoga was the awakening practice and the beginning of a long love story connecting with the self and coming home to the heart of the soul for Kiran Jot. This journey has taken here through deeper trainings in Bhakti Yoga, Reiki level 1 and 2, Vedic Meditation, Core Energetics, Pranic healing, Humanity and Munay with Pheonix Humanity School, Initiation, Divine Union and Messengers with the Great Mystery School, Prenatal Conscious Connection Yoga, and hours of personal growth and expansion inner work with incredible healers and practictioners. After a long career in fashion, the creativity and design has merged with a yogic lifestyle to inspire through carefully curated divine products that she loves, uses in her daily practice offered through the online store. Kiran Jot offers teachings of Kundalini Yoga, Gong baths and Prenatal Yoga southside in Melbourne and retreats and workshops around Australia, Bali and Greece.
