Settle in to a deeply restorative and relaxing evening bathed in sound and the depth of the Naad, the vibration of the cosmos through the Gong and Your voice and unique sound current and vibration, through mantra, sacred instruments and a long Planetary Moon Gong Sound Healing.
Make sure you come dressed to be warm to allow yourself to drop in to relaxation.
Door opens 15 minutes prior to your session to welcome you in to settle in, and have a cup of tea, draw an oracle card and connect before we begin.
It is a beautiful way to release the working week and welcome in the weekend.
No previous experience required. All welcome. Please bring your own mat, blanket and cushion if needed. Eye masks and tea provided.
The venue is the Angling Club in Elwood which is the second last building toward St Kilda on the beach from the Life Saving Club car park. Walk past the Elwood Sailing Club and it’s the next building, the silver door on the side of the building up the stairs on the higher level with sea and stunning sunset views.
Paid parking is available in the public parking or you can park on the street and walk in for free and no time limit just be mindful of any clear ways (outbound of city).
