In the rare case for personal reasons your plans change and you would not be able to make it, full refunds up to 4 months out will be accepted excluding $1111 from your deposit. 1-4 months out 1/4 refunded. Within June, no refunds.
If we can cover your room with another guest, you can reclaim that $1111 deposit or your full fee.
I recommend you check your insurance to see what trip cover they can also offer you.
