Following the success of the Divine Alignment Immersion this year at HUMM, Yoga 8 and Kundalini House, join Doug and Kiran Jot for their signature dance of feminine and masculine energetics within, through Kriya, meditation, breathwork and mantra.
Doug will deliver the masculine aspects and Kiran Jot the feminine; with a new play of practices never taught before in this way.
The session will end with a binaural beats sound scape to consolidate the energy’s and receive the recalibration and renewal at a cellular level.
Leave feeling more embodied and alive that when you arrived, a freedom and state we all desire that is readily available through the yoga teachings and conscious awakening.
No experience needed, you will be safely guided by these two teachers with decades of embodied personal experience and global teaching and recognition.
